Alright check it. I just did an official update on INDRecordings.com!

Added a new "news blurb" about the 'Hand Merger' as we call it around the office... ok well, no one is calling it that but I'm trying to get it to catch on. No luck so far; more as it develops.

Added, some graphics on the 'enter' page to blend the twitter widgets in a little bit more, added a mailing list/player/show list widget from RB and tried to square it all up nice and neat like.

Also, on the main page, just under the News Wire, I've added the big widget from RB that features ... are you ready for it? ...Everything. Yes sir, thats right a whole lotta junk. A song from every IND/UH artist, videos, info, pictures, mailing list, etc.

In the media section we have ANOUTHER player widget... I went widget nuts ... pause. A video widget and the temporary link for Shang's "The Hills Have Eyes" FREE download, get it while you can! A more permanent, monitored (indrecordings.com/ .../ ...) link will be up later in the week.

As well as a brand NEW Savage Soul's song "Feel The Beat" produced by Kae G. I spoke with the man behind the machine earlier today and he *says* he'll send it tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Rumor Mill:

I hear talks of a possible Band of the Hand II, and maybe even a sound track to a concept documentary conceived by and currently being filmed by Remo Williams. I also hear a Remo ALBUM, yes I said ALBUM ... not a typo my friends, a REMO ALBUM maybe in the works...

Not mention the Trouble Man footage is being pieced together for a trailer style video to the soon to be critically acclaimed instrumental album as we speak... and umm ...

Oh yeah, "The Hills .." may have "... Eyes" but as of yet have no cover. That should be released shortly as well. Probably just in time for the iTunes release of that project.

So, a lot of stuff ... huh? wait, what?

Yeah, I said iTunes ... yes ... yup ... no, no I said it.

Yeah, I mean ... you know, its no big deal nah mean... that's just how we roll dun dun. (haha)

So anyway, lots of shit coming! We're like Def Jam 98 and shit, except without all the dough, marketing, big name artists, and (for the time being) overpriced producers ... oh yeah and except for the fact we're ACTUALLY going to RELEASE all this.

The front page ... as I'm sure you've seen ... now has two widgets directly to the right. They are twitter widgets. As wack as twitter is... it's easier to get Kae G, and Fortune to update they're twitter from they're phone than it is to get them to sit down on the computer and drop a blog and/or an update for the website. Kae already has the app up on his Crackberry, and we'll have Fortune up and going soon. I got him to throw a few updates up today in studio... a mist his complaining about the limit on characters.

So ... we're going to have more on that later ... AND if you checked Fortune's twitter you already know we have a BIG over-haul coming *soon* ...

Being that I'm not that great on the whole web and graphic design thing-thing .. we're waiting on the bids and/or Kae to come threw with a price/design. We're hoping for a Kae design BUT just as the updates ... it's hard to get Kae to work on non-music projects. Or music projects ... at this point.

In related news ... Ill Raps ... *IS* coming *SOON*!!! It ... IS! After a two month Spring/Summer break ... the dou that do no ..eh, wrong ... are back in action. When I convinced Fortune to sign up for twitter today it was a midst a IN STUDIO meeting of the minds.

We don't have a lot of information yet. But we have a tentative title.

"Ill Raps & Fitted Caps"

Savage Souls is comprised of Kae G on production and lead vocals, as well as Fortune on lead vocals. Rumor has it this started as a EP, but may end up a full length release from the double S. Time will tell.

A track entitled "25 Miles & Pushing" is rumored to be in existence as well. Whats with all the ampersands?
